Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

StatFrenzy helps sports leagues manage teams, players, schedules, live scoring, fan pages, and fantasy experiences. This policy explains the information we collect and how we use it to operate the service.

Information we collect

  • Account information such as your name, email address, sign-in method, and account identifiers.
  • League content such as league names, team names, player names, schedules, game events, stats, fantasy league activity, and uploaded team or player images.
  • Operational information such as device push tokens, support messages, and basic request logs used to keep StatFrenzy reliable and secure.

How we use information

  • To provide league management, scorekeeping, fan pages, fantasy features, account access, notifications, and support.
  • To protect accounts, enforce league roles, maintain subscription access, troubleshoot bugs, and improve the product.
  • To communicate important account, league, security, or support updates.

Sharing

  • League information may be visible to commissioners, bookkeepers, fantasy members, fans, or the public depending on league settings, role permissions, and subscription tier.
  • We use service providers for hosting, database, storage, authentication, payments, email, and app distribution. They process information only as needed to operate StatFrenzy.
  • We do not sell personal information.

Photos, camera, and uploads

  • StatFrenzy asks for photo library and camera access so users can upload or capture league logos, team logos, and player photos.
  • Uploaded images may be displayed inside league, team, player, scorekeeping, and fan-facing experiences where the league makes that content available.

Data retention and deletion

  • We keep account and league information for as long as needed to provide StatFrenzy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain league records.
  • Users can request support with account or data deletion from the support page. The iOS app also includes account deletion access from settings.

Children and youth leagues

  • StatFrenzy may be used by sports leagues that include youth participants. Commissioners are responsible for entering appropriate league and roster information and for ensuring they have permission to publish any player information or images they add.
